Dr. Mitchell Miller
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Mitchell Miller is a native South Floridian and grew up in Boca Raton. Although his dental career took him to other areas, he is extremely happy to be back in Palm Beach County helping to make children smile.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Central Florida, where he met his wife, Samantha. Venturing out of the warm weather, he moved up north to complete his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Howard University in Washington, D.C. He furthered his advanced education by completing a general practice residency (GPR) at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey. After being away for a few years, he couldn’t wait to get back to his roots.
Dr. Miller and his wife moved back to South Florida and not even a week went by before they adopted a puppy—their jack russell named Jarvis. Dr. Miller worked as a general dentist, but quickly realized his love for pediatrics and passion for fostering a positive dental experience for children. Dr. Miller decided to pursue his specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Miller loves all things ocean, including fishing and scuba diving. When not practicing dentistry, he can be found golfing, playing softball, and spending time with his kids. Dr. Miller is a proud UCF Knight, and as a born and bred Floridian, he is an avid fan of the Dolphins, Heat and Marlins, but also has ties to the Patriots, Celtic, and Red Sox. Dr. Miller is looking forward to making going to the dentist a fun and enjoyable experience for you and your child!

Dr. Nickolaos Kallis
Board-Certified Orthodontist
Dr. Nickolaos Kallis is thrilled to be a part of the orthodontics team and looks forward to meeting you! Dr. Kallis was born in New Jersey and grew up in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.
Dr. Kallis began his path toward dentistry at the University of Florida (Go Gators!) where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology with the highest honors. He then ventured up to chilly Boston to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he realized that orthodontics allowed him to combine his interests in patient care and problem-solving. He completed his orthodontic residency training at Nova Southeastern University, where he trained at the same time as Dr. Miller! After graduating from residency, he practiced in the New York City metro area, treating many families and connecting with the community.
Dr. Kallis returned to South Florida to make an impact in the community that he loves. As a board-certified orthodontist, he is committed to providing the highest quality of care for his patients and takes pride in seeing his patients have beautiful and healthy smiles. He is invested in building relationships in the community, with patients, local organizations, and other dental care providers.
When he’s not straightening teeth, Dr. Kallis enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, spending time with his family, binge-watching a good Netflix series, boating, and attending sporting events. Dr. Kallis welcomes all new patients and looks forward to treating all of your family’s orthodontic needs!

Dr. Judith Chin
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Judith Chin brings a whole lot more than a gentle touch and friendly smile to her pediatric patients — she brings over two decades of experience, a passion for prevention, and just enough beach sand in her shoes to keep things fun.
A proud graduate of Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!), Dr. Chin earned her Bachelor’s in Chemistry and then her dental degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. After a few years in private practice, she discovered her true calling — pediatric dentistry — and went on to complete her Pediatric Dentistry specialty training and Master’s in Oral Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Not one to stop at just one extra degree, she added a prestigious NIH Fellowship in Craniofacial Anomalies at the University of California San Francisco to her list of accomplishments.
In addition to treating tiny teeth, Dr. Chin is a nationally recognized expert in cavity prevention, infection control, and pediatric dental standards. She’s published more than 75 articles, helped lead over 100 clinical trials, and has somehow managed to secure more than $3.5 million in research and educational grants — proving she’s just as comfortable with translating her evidence-based dental research into state-of-the-art care for her patients.
Dr. Chin is also deeply committed to education, having taught for over 25 years while serving on key national committees for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. If you’re wondering who helps write the pediatric dental guidelines — chances are, she had a hand with many of them!
When she’s not busy in the clinic, classroom, or conference hall, Dr. Chin can be found adventuring across Florida’s beaches with her husband of 20+ years, Robin, and their two amazing kids. Just don’t ask her to choose between fluoride and sunscreen — she believes in both.

Dr. Kafi Charles
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Kafi is a native of the twin island of Trinidad and Tobago. Her family eventually moved to Queens, NY, where she spent the rest of her adolescence. She made her way down the island to Stony Brook University where she studied Health Science as a Women in Science and Engineering Scholar (WISE). She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine while participating in many local and international outreach and mentoring programs.
After dental school, Dr. Kafi’s journey to practicing dentistry came full circle when she made her way back to her alma mater, Stony Brook University. At Stony Brook, she refined her skills in all aspects of both adult and pediatric dentistry, ensuring her academic works were as comprehensive as her clinical skills.
Dr. Kafi’s sound training coupled with her unique global perspective that is fueled by her love of international culture and travel, has colored the way she interacts with her patients. She believes that everyone deserves an amazing dental experience, and sometimes that means finding a connection with a patient that goes far beyond her own cultural understanding.
Dr. Kafi’s goal outside of being an awesome pediatric dentist is traveling the world, interacting with its people and trying (almost) every food in it! She takes every opportunity to indulge in these pastimes when she is not in the office. She is always up for checking out unique restaurants near and far, or booking a ticket for a new adventure. But of course, her favorite adventures are always with her patients!
In the summer of 2023, Dr. Kafi decided to move to Florida from New York. Not only was she chasing sunshine, but she was also ready to close the physical distance between herself and her family. Daily Face-time sessions were no longer cutting it; she much preferred to be able to drop by for dinner at her mom’s or make same-day plans with her sister and niece. There is no better feeling than being surrounded by family, and she believes that their emotional closeness will only be strengthened by this new physical closeness. As the newest member of our team she will continue to strive to provide effective, efficient and unforgettable dental experiences for all patients.
