- Toddlers: Use a soft-bristled toothbrush with a smear of fluoride toothpaste. Brush for two minutes.
- Older Children & Teens: Use a soft-bristled toothbrush with a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste. Brush for two minutes, spending 30 seconds on each section of the mouth.
